Bill Title: An Act amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for definitions; in the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, further providing for powers, for code of conduct, for minutes and records, for regulatory authority and for collection of fees and fines; in licensing, further providing for slot machine license applications, for slot machine license application character requirements, for additional slot machine license requirements, for licensing of principals, for licensing of key employees, for supplier licenses, for manufacturer licenses and for duties of licensees and employees; in revenues, further providing for gross terminal revenue deductions and for itemized budget reporting; in administration and enforcement, further providing for regulatory enforcement, providing for investigations, and further providing for conduct of hearings and for penalties; and, in fingerprinting, further providing for duty and for submission.
