Bill Title: An Act amending the act of December 20, 2000 (P.L.949, No.130), known as the Neighborhood Improvement District Act, further providing for creation of neighborhood improvement district management associations; establishing casino neighborhood improvement districts and casino neighborhood improvement district management associations; conferring powers and duties on municipal corporations and casino neighborhood improvement districts; imposing a special property assessment fee; providing for tourism and marketing and for annual audits; and making repeals.
