Summary
An Act authorizing countywide implementation of sales, use, occupancy, personal income or earned income and net profits taxes; providing for the levying, assessment, collection and distribution of such taxes among municipalities within a county; requiring reduction of other taxes on real property and individuals; and providing for the powers and duties of the Department of Community and Economic Development, the Department of Revenue and the State Treasurer.
