A Resolution commemorating the 150th anniversary of the establishment of Camp William Penn, in honor of all those who were trained there and bravely served this country during the Civil War and acknowledging with gratitude the courageous service of the African-American soldiers who trained at Camp William Penn and who fought for a nation that did not recognize them as equals in the hopes of improving the circumstance of their race in the country.
