  On page 4 of the printed A-engrossed bill, delete lines 32
through 45.
  On page 5, delete lines 1 through 33 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + The amendments to ORS 197.830 by
section 1 of this 2013 Act apply to the review of land use
decisions and limited land use decisions for which a notice of
intent to appeal is filed on or after the effective date of this
2013 Act. + } ' .
  In line 34, delete '5' and insert '3'.
