  On page 1 of the printed bill, delete line 29.
  On page 2, delete line 1 and insert:
  ' (b) 'Massage facility' does not include:
  ' (A) A career school licensed under ORS 345.010 to 345.450; or
  ' (B) A clinic or facility owned or operated by a person
authorized to practice a profession by a health professional
regulatory board, as defined in ORS 676.160.'.
  On page 3, line 26, after the semicolon insert 'and'.
  Delete line 27.
  In line 28, delete '(d)' and insert '(c)'.
