                            March 13

  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 6, restore '13' and delete
'15'.
  In line 9, after 'Senate' insert 'who are not members of the
same political party'.
  In line 10, after 'Representatives' insert 'who are not members
of the same political party'.
  Delete lines 20 through 22.
  Delete lines 27 through 29 and insert:
  ' (3) Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, the
commission may appoint one additional member from an area in
which nonreservation Indians reside, who is associated with an
Indian Health Care Improvement Act Title V Urban Indian Health
program.  The member appointed under this subsection shall be a
nonvoting member of the commission.'.
  On page 2, line 1, after '(5)' delete the rest of the line and
delete lines 2 through 6.
  In line 7, delete 'subsection (1)(L) of this section.'.
  In line 22, after '2.' insert '(1)'.
  After line 25, insert:
  ' (2) The term of the member described in ORS 172.110 (3), as
amended by section 1 of this 2013 Act, may begin on or after July
1, 2013.'.
