  In line 25, delete the boldfaced material and insert '
Notwithstanding any other provision of law,'.
  In line 30, before the period insert 'except notices required
by ORS 743.499 and 743.565'.
  On page 2, line 6, after 'coverage' insert 'and coverage
renewal'.
  After line 24, insert:
