  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, delete 'declaring an'
and delete line 3 and insert 'prescribing an effective date.'.
  On page 2, delete lines 24 and 25 and insert:
  ' (5) The Oregon Health Authority may not participate in the
program to purchase prescription drugs directly or indirectly for
recipients of medical assistance.'.
  On page 3, delete lines 30 through 32 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + This 2012 Act takes effect on July
1, 2012. + } ' .
