                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to infrastructure financing.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The State Treasurer shall:
  (1) Consider options for infrastructure financing, including
cooperative efforts between states and public-private
partnerships; and
  (2) Report findings to the Legislative Assembly in the manner
required by ORS 192.245 by January 1, 2015. + }
