  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 7, delete the first 'a '
and insert 'one early'.
  In line 8, after 'drops' insert 'to treat glaucoma'.
  After line 15, insert:
  ' (4) The prescription has not been refilled more than once
during the 30-day period prior to the request for an early
refill.'.
