A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to health care assessment.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + (1) The Oregon Health Authority shall convene a
workgroup to investigate options for a health care assessment and
shall report the findings of the workgroup and any
recommendations to the Legislative Assembly in the manner
provided by ORS 192.245 no later than the date of the convening
of the 2012 regular session of the Legislative Assembly as
specified in ORS 171.010.
(2) The workgroup shall include providers and consumers of
health care and health care payers. + }
SECTION 2. { + Section 1 of this 2011 Act is repealed on the
date of the convening of the 2013 regular session of the
Legislative Assembly as specified in ORS 171.010. + }
