  Delete lines 9 through 14 of the printed bill and insert:
  ' (2) The authority, in partnership with the department, is
authorized to operate a Senior Farm Direct Nutrition Program'.
  Delete lines 19 through 22 and insert:
  ' (3) The authority shall adopt by rule procedures and
eligibility criteria for the Farm Direct Nutrition Program and
the Senior Farm Direct Nutrition Program to permit the state to
receive grants from the United States Department of Agriculture
through the WIC Farmers' Market Nutrition Program described in 7
C.F.R. part 248 and the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program
described in 7 C.F.R. part 249.'.
