Requires State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries to conduct study of geological opportunities in Oregon and present report to Legislative Assembly by February 1 of each odd-numbered year. A BILL FOR AN ACT Relating to study of geological opportunities in Oregon. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon: SECTION 1. { + (1) The State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries shall conduct a study of geological opportunities in Oregon and present the results of the study in a report to the Legislative Assembly in the manner provided in ORS 192.245 on or before February 1 of each odd-numbered year. (2) The department shall post the report prepared pursuant to subsection (1) of this section on the department's website. + } ----------
