  Extends sunset for earned income tax credit.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to earned income tax credits; amending section 6,
  chapter 880, Oregon Laws 2007; and repealing section 5, chapter
  880, Oregon Laws 2007.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1. Section 6, chapter 880, Oregon Laws 2007, is amended
to read:
   { +  Sec. 6. + }   { - The repeal of ORS 315.266 by section 5
of this 2007 Act applies to tax years beginning on or after
January 1, 2014. - }  { + ORS 315.266 applies to tax years
beginning before January 1, 2020. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Section 5, chapter 880, Oregon Laws 2007, is
repealed. + }
