                             SUMMARY

  Grants State Board of Geologist Examiners members, employees,
agents, counsel and volunteers immunity from civil liability
arising out of official actions performed for or by board.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to the State Board of Geologist Examiners.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1. { +  In addition to any other immunity provided by
law, members of the State Board of Geologist Examiners and any
employees, agents, counsel and volunteers serving the board are
immune from any civil liability arising out of official actions
performed for or by the board. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Section 1 of this 2013 Act applies to official
actions performed for or by the State Board of Geologist
Examiners on or after the effective date of this 2013 Act. + }
