Summary

Directs Secretary of State to create Oregon Will Bank and Registry. Limits individuals authorized to access information regarding wills in Oregon Will Bank and Registry. Authorizes destruction of wills in Secretary of State's custody after 75 years and publication of notice. Requires certain persons destroying will to register destruction of will with Oregon Will Bank and Registry.
