Summary

Authorizes Department of Human Services to prescribe application fees for initial and renewed licenses, certifications and endorsements for residential training homes, residential training facilities, adult foster homes that care for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities and facilities or persons certified by department to provide developmental disability services. Requires Department of Human Services to report to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to health, no later than September 15, 2024, on implementation of agency with choice.] Authorizes Department of Human Services to prescribe application fees for initial and renewed licenses, certifications and endorsements for residential training homes, residential training facilities, adult foster homes that care for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities and facilities or persons certified by department to provide developmental disability services.
