Requires home inspector conducting inspection of single-family dwelling in high-risk location for seismic activity and constructed before 1994 to provide potential purchaser of dwelling with certain information concerning seismic hazards and seismic retrofitting of dwellings. Applies to inspections conducted on or after January 1, 2017.
