Summary
Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Oregon Health Authority for Senior Farm Direct Nutrition Program and Women, Infants and Children Farm Direct Nutrition Program. Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Emergency Board for allocation to Oregon Health Authority for matching funds for grant relating to provision of fresh fruits and vegetables, expansion of farm direct nutrition programs or other means of providing assistance for purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2015.
