Summary

Requires Department of Environmental Quality, not less than once every two years, to provide for onsite wastewater treatment system maintenance provider training course to be held at Bend campus of Central Oregon Community College. Requires Environmental Quality Commission to adopt by rule program for certain owners of subsurface sewage disposal systems or alternative sewage disposal systems to undertake maintenance activities. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2019.
