Summary
The Act tells OHA to study how to increase the rates at which FQHCs are reimbursed for mental health services. (Flesch Readability Score: 72.3). Directs the Oregon Health Authority to study alternative payment methodologies to improve access to behavioral health care in federally qualified health centers in this state.
