Prohibits insurance policy or contract that provides coverage for prescription drug to require prescription for drug prescribed for medical assistance recipient to be filled or refilled at mail order pharmacy or to require prescription to be filled or refilled at pharmacy that is not local and enrolled in medical assistance program.
