Summary

Appropriates moneys from General Fund to State Library for biennial expenses. Appropriates moneys from General Fund to State Library for biennial expenses. Limits biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other revenues, including certain Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by State Library. Limits biennial expenditures by State Library from assessment against state agencies. Limits biennial expenditures by State Library from federal funds. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2023.
