Summary

Expands crime of trafficking in persons to increase age limit of persons trafficked for purpose of engaging in commercial sex act and to include advertising for trafficking activities. Directs Oregon Criminal Justice Commission to classify certain offenses on sentencing guidelines grid. Provides that trafficking in persons is abuse when committed for purpose of engaging in commercial sex act. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
