Summary
Requires providers of ignition interlock devices to notify court that required device to be installed of any negative reports downloaded from ignition interlock device. Permits court to order installation of ignition interlock device equipped with camera or similar technology if court does not terminate diversion agreement following negative report. Reorganizes laws related to ignition interlock devices.
