Summary

Establishes CTE-STEM Investment Council. Prescribes membership and duties of council. Abolishes STEM Investment Council. Revises method for awarding grants under Career and Technical Education Revitalization Grant Program. Revises method for awarding other grants related to science, technology, engineering and mathematics education and to career and technical education that can lead to high wage and high demand jobs. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2017. .
