Summary
Applies provisions of prevailing wage law to project that constructs, reconstructs, renovates or paints improvement on real property that port owns or controls, regardless of whether project is publicly or privately owned, is constructed, reconstructed, renovated or painted using funds of public agency or whether port continues to occupy real property or leases real property to private entity.
