Changes name of Oregon Pre-Disaster Mitigation Fund to Oregon Emergency Preparedness Account. Changes name of Oregon Disaster Response Fund to Oregon Disaster Response Account. Changes name of Oregon Local Disaster Assistance Loan and Grant Account to Oregon Local Disaster Assistance Loan and Grant Subaccount. Changes each renamed fund from fund established separate and distinct from General Fund to account established within General Fund. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
