Summary
Makes law requiring certain health care workers to submit demographic, education and other information to health care worker regulatory boards apply to all health care workers. Changes law so that submission of information is required only when renewing license to practice profession. Becomes operative January 1, 2016. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
