Summary

Prohibits person that manufactures or distributes prescription contact lenses from preventing retailer from advertising or selling prescription contact lenses at price for consumers that is less than price that person sets or specifies. Provides that violation of prohibition is unlawful practice that is subject to enforcement and action under Unlawful Trade Practices Act. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
