The Act requires the OHA to study the problems in getting mental health care and substance use care in this state. The Act requires the OHA to send a report on its findings to the legislature. Directs the authority to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health not later than September 15, 2025. Sunsets January 2, 2026.
