Summary

Makes reduction of hours worked by full-time employee for sole purpose of preventing employee's eligibility for coverage under Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act unlawful employment practice. Imposes penalty for violation. Specifies that aggregate total of hours worked by part-time faculty member at more than one public institution of higher education shall be considered in determination of full-time status of faculty member for certain purposes.
