Summary
Directs Legislative Revenue Officer to conduct study of local government taxation of telecommunications service providers and propose method of taxation that taxes competitors uniformly and is acceptable to local governments. Requires Legislative Revenue Officer to submit report to Legislative Assembly no later than October 1, 2014. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
