Summary

Makes BOLI study and report on laws that allow workers to take job-protected time off from work. (Flesch Readability Score: 65.1). Requires the Bureau of Labor and Industries to study issues related to the different federal and state laws under which a worker may take job-protected leave from work for qualifying reasons. Requires the bureau to submit a report to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to labor and business not later than September 15, 2025.
