Summary
Expands definition of "abuse" to include restraint or seclusion of or infliction of corporal punishment on adult with developmental disability by public education program, for purposes of complaints of abuse to and investigation of complaints by Department of Human Services. Requires Department of Human Services to study delivery of developmental disability services statewide.
