Summary

Limits certain biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by Public Employees Retirement System. Limits biennial expenditures by Public Employees Retirement System from specified funds. Authorizes specified nonlimited expenditures. Appropriates moneys from General Fund for deposit in School Districts Unfunded Liability Fund.] Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2019.
