Amends provisions of workers' compensation law related to beneficiaries. Amends provisions of workers' compensation law related to beneficiaries. Expands scope of retaliation provision for workers' compensation benefits. Amends definitions of "beneficiary," "child" and "dependent" and replaces term "invalid" with "incapacitated."
