Summary
Specifies evaluation that must be conducted when person is taken into hospital or nonhospital facility because person has mental illness and is in need of treatment. Specifies evaluation that must be conducted when person is taken into hospital or nonhospital facility because person has mental illness and is in need of treatment. Requires court order for conditional release or assisted outpatient treatment to contain provisions to ensure person receives necessary support services upon release. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
