Summary

Requires persons who receive grant under Oregon Promise program to complete first-year experience. Provides temporary expansion of eligibility requirements. Appropriates moneys to Higher Education Coordinating Commission for purpose of distributing moneys as grants to community colleges to provide support services to persons who, under Oregon Promise program, may be eligible to receive grant, or have received grant. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
