Summary

Prohibits Department of Revenue from considering charitable activities in determining individual's domicile or resident status. Modifies disposition of certain estimated excess corporate excise tax revenues by dividing estimated excess between Education Stability Fund and Oregon Rainy Day Fund.] Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2019. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
