Summary
Updates connection date to federal Internal Revenue Code and other provisions of federal tax law. Conforms filing dates for certain Oregon Tax returns to corresponding federal return filing dates. Eliminates provision that restricts availability of ABLE accounts to residents of Oregon or contracting state. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
