Summary
Requires providers of radio communications service for cellular devices to provide, at request of law enforcement agency, call location information, or best available location information, of cellular device used to place 9-1-1 call requesting emergency assistance or reasonably believed to be in possession of individual in emergency situation that involves risk of death or serious physical harm to individual. Protects provider from liability for civil damages for providing in good faith confidential or nonpublic information to law enforcement agency responding to emergency situations.
