Summary

Directs Office of Emergency Management of Oregon Military Department to increase staffing level of office to better coordinate and facilitate private sector and governmental response to, and recovery from, natural and human-caused emergencies. Appropriates moneys to department to support increased staffing level. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2015.
