Summary
Eliminates role of metropolitan service district in statewide land use planning. Eliminates statutory authority of metropolitan service district to adopt regional land use planning goals, regional framework plans and land use regulations, including provisions of plans or regulations that establish urban growth boundaries, urban reserves and rural reserves, and to serve as metropolitan planning organization.
