Summary

Authorizes State Department of Agriculture to require person holding or applying for license to engage in seed transactions for commercial purposes to report grass seed supply information. Authorizes inspection of records to verify information. Allows license sanctions for failure to report required information. Directs that reported information required by department be developed by department into aggregated industry data from reported information. Authorizes department to charge fee for providing aggregated industry data.
