Summary
Requires Oregon Business Development Department to establish voluntary registry for commercial interior designers. Requires department to establish minimum education and experience requirements for commercial interior designer to be included in registry. Allows commercial interior designer included on registry to create and supervise carrying out of plans, drawings and specifications for parts of buildings other than structural systems or building envelope.
