Summary

Requires Oregon Health Authority to study methods by which to increase access to health care services in cities and unincorporated areas with 10,000 or fewer residents. Directs authority to submit report to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to health care not later than September 15, 2024. Sunsets January 2, 2025. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
