Summary
Expands definition of "lender" for purposes of Beginning and Expanding Farmer Loan Program to include person selling agricultural land to beginning farmers pursuant to owner-financed agreement or sales contract, institution organized and existing under Farm Credit Act of 1971 and other persons or entities as defined by rule adopted by Oregon Business Development Department. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
