Summary

Exempts from requirement to obtain mortgage loan originator's license corporations, governments, governmental subdivisions or agencies, trusts, estates, partnerships, cooperatives or associations that, as sellers during any 12-month period, offer or negotiate terms for not more than three residential mortgage loans. Becomes operative 91 days after effective date of Act. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
